About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced AV Operations Manager to join our Property Services team at Crown Melbourne. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of AV services across the complex, ensuring seamless experiences for both internal stakeholders and guests.

Reporting to the AV Operations & Services Manager, you will:

• Manage and respond to AV-related requests and faults via the Maximo Help Desk system.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and asset management strategies.
• Deliver training for new employees and Maximo users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AV system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-site leadership during major events and be available on-call for critical AV issues.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in large-scale AV systems and audio/lighting production.
• Strong fault-finding and signal flow analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and iOS environments.
