Your New Role:
An exciting opportunity is available within Council’s Infrastructure Delivery Team for a skilled and motivated Civil Construction / Bridge Carpenter.
Reporting to the Coordinator Works, this hands-on leadership role plays a vital part in delivering and maintaining essential community infrastructure. You will lead a team of field staff in the construction, renewal, and maintenance of Council-owned bridges, wharves, flood mitigation assets, and other concrete and civil structures that directly support the safety, connectivity, and resilience of our local community.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trade professional looking to step into a local government role, take pride in public infrastructure, and make a visible and lasting contribution to the region.
