About The Project:

Join Cundaline on Consmin Rehabilitation Project, where we’re committed to responsible mining and environmental rehabilitation on traditional land. Our goal is to restore the natural landscape while engaging with and respecting the heritage of the local communities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled Dozer Operators to join our rehabilitation project. The Preferred candidate will possess experience in Steep Terrain and be competent using GPS and working to design files cut and pushing a minimum 274m3 per hour and final trimming waste dumps, pits from 37 degree to 12-18 degree final profiles including concave slope design plus Loader operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rehabilitation of Waste Dumps & OSA back to country
• GPS Dozing to +/- 100mm tolerance (Topcon)
• Be able to work individually & within a small crew
• Competent in operating while in close proximity to other work fronts and operational vehicles
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Conduct daily plant pre-start checks and perform plant preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure the plant is maintained, clean and safe
• Record and compile all necessary paperwork and documents
• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Current HR licence essential, however MC licence deemed preferable
• Required Machine Operating tickets (National Accreditation) (essential)
• Hold a Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) (essential)
• National Police Clearance (Within 6 months)
• Must have experience operating D10, D9, Ex 30t, EX 35t, Articulated Dump Truck (Moxy).
• 3+ years’ experience in mine operations operating different kit. Preference would be construction on a mine site (bulk earthworks).
• Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to varying conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
