The Opportunity:

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Chefs and Chef Leaders to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Brisbane Airport to our remote sites throughout Queensland. We are enhancing the catering and workplace experience in our QLD Villages and your innovation and flare is needed to be a part of the team!

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head Chef and site Catering Leads, this is your chance to break away from the same old kitchen routine. Join ISS and bring fresh, on-trend meals to life for hundreds of residents in our remote villages.

As a Chef, you'll lead breakfast, takeaway lunches, and dinner service — delivering safe, delicious, and innovative food that exceeds expectations and meets all safety and contract standards.

To be considered:

• Australian Trade Certification or Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience &/or a la carte experience in high volume venues/restaurants/hotels.
• Whatever your experience it is your wish to deliver the best in industry – that is what we are looking for!
• Ability to exceed client expectations in food quality and food safety adherence.
• Able to work a flexible FIFO roster from Brisbane Airport.
• Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen.
