The Opportunity

We are seeking Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Brisbane team who are passionate about water infrastructure and committed to building a long-term career. Our Water team provides end-to-end solutions across the full water cycle, including major pipelines, large-scale pumping stations, and advanced water, wastewater, and recycling treatment facilities.

Areas of Focus

• Asset Management – Condition assessment, structural modelling, and life-cycle analysis
• Network Planning – Water and wastewater network planning, system performance, and isolation plans
• Civil Design – Design of pipelines, water-retaining structures, intakes, and pump stations

Graduate Development Program

• Contribute to major projects and community initiatives
• Gain hands-on experience in proposals, reports, and technical documentation
• Access mentoring, networking, and industry events
• Participate in tailored workshops and training

About You

• Recent Civil Engineering graduate (within 2 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively
• Knowledge of analytical methods and engineering principles
