We are now seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to support our Leonora underground and open pit operations, contributing to critical geotechnical functions that enable safe, efficient, and compliant mining activities.

We are now seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to support our Leonora underground and open pit operations, contributing to critical geotechnical functions that enable safe, efficient, and compliant mining activities.

The Opportunity:

• Assist in geotechnical monitoring and analysis for underground and open pit operations

• Conduct site inspections, core logging, slope stability assessments, and geotechnical mapping

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of ground control and mine support systems

• Prepare geotechnical reports, models, and documentation using industry-standard software

• Participate in the preparation of mine plans and contribute to operational decision-making based on geotechnical data

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the technical services team

• Learn from experienced geotechnical engineers and rotate through key geotechnical functions as part of the graduate development pathway

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:

• Recently graduated with a degree in Geotechnical, Mining or Civil Engineering

• A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing technical capability across both underground and open pit survey functions

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
