Job Description

Location: FIFO Perth to Cue
Roster: 2/1 - 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7 Off 
Shifts: 12 Hours 
Hourly Rate: $54.39 + $3.42 Site Allowance
Type: Permanent 

Exciting times are ahead with our parent company commencing operations at the newest iron ore mine site, Beebyn-W11. As we continue to expand our mining operations, we’re now looking for skilled Production Loader Operators to join our growing team in Cue. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently loading quad road trains with iron ore.

In addition to proven experience operating production loaders, applicants with a valid MC Driver’s Licence are highly regarded. When not operating the loader, you may have the opportunity to operate a road train.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in accurate product loading on the weighbridge or to the load plan, using a Loadmaster unit.
• Minimum two years’ experience in similar role.
• Proven safety track record and have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently with demonstrated high-level work ethic.
• Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical exam.

Qualifications Required

• Valid MC Driver’s Licence is highly regarded, as Operators will drive road trains when not operating the loader.
• WA600 or similar experience
• National Loader Ticket (preferred but not essential)
• Experience working in a similar production loading environment is required
• Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
