About the role
The LWS Base Operations Manager will oversee and drive operational excellence in hospitality for our Defence Base Services contract in the Tindal Military Area. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and strategic management to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customer.
The LWS package of work includes overseeing Catering, Cleaning, Accommodation Management, Laundry, Fitness Centres, Pest and Vermin Control, and Transport. The role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, financial, and contractual obligations while promoting innovation, customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performance team aligned with the strategic objectives of Defence and Ventia.

About you
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
