Mechanical Fitters

We’re seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join a long-term new construction project at the Elanora Water Treatment Plant. This role offers long hours, penalty rates, and the chance to contribute to critical water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install pumps, valves, and piping
• Fit motors and rotating machinery
• Assemble and align filtration systems
• Read and interpret drawings and P&IDs
• Assist with commissioning and testing activities

Qualifications/Experience Required

• Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
• Confined Space ticket (mandatory)
• Working at Heights ticket (mandatory)
• Experience in water treatment or industrial construction preferred
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
