Operations Manager

Full job description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals, to deliver on Hungry Jack’s Vision, execute the business strategy, and maximize profitability.

Our Operations Manager will coach and guide their Restaurant Manager’s by setting performance objectives, evaluating, optimising operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld in safety and compliance. 

With 3 stores in the Gippsland area, the Operations Manager will be the first point of contact for any escalations from the restaurant managers. You will follow set processes and procedures to ensure restaurant compliance and performance throughout all stores.

The position will require a full-time availability and willingness to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends to support our guest obsessed culture.

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for.

• Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
• Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within each of your restaurants
• Leading a high performing team, with a strong talent pipeline behind it
• Building the brand via effective business planning
• Managing the business to ensure the profitability of your restaurants
• Championing change, ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable
