Principal Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist

We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.

Our Melbourne office in St Kilda is looking to hire a Principal Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 15+ years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically, our team is looking for an engineer who can provide analysis, design, and technical advice for our clients across Victoria. You'll also play a key role in training and upskilling our junior engineers and geologists and ensuring the highest standard of technical excellence is maintained.

What You'll Need

• A Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology Degree
• 15+ years experience in a geotechnical consultancy
• Australia and specifically Victoria experience is highly preferred
• CPEng or equivalent professional registration
• 5+ years experience working in Australia
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
