Procurement Officer l Full Time

🛠️ Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our Perth-based team. In this role, you will support the Procurement & Logistics Manager in sourcing and managing critical mining consumables and equipment. This is a key position responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused procurement aligned with our operational goals.

About the Role:

• Coordinate the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on performance, reliability, cost, and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.

🎓 Experience:

• Proven procurement experience, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and assess supplier performance.
• Proficiency in Pronto ERP (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

💰 Benefits: Full Time 3 to 4 months work with the possibility of extension

🕘 38 hours/week Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
