About the role
Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ skilled operators into our business based out of Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the field operation of heavy plant on projects across VIC. The role can be a mix of operating our specialised stabilisers, spreaders, watercarts and rollers. Please note: Applications will be reviewed/Interviews scheduled the week of 12th January 2026.
Duties
- Work to set instructions
- Operate machinery in a safe a technically correct manner
- Manage plant maintenance and cleanliness
- Daily reporting
Skills & experience
- HR licence
- A focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation.
- Be prepared to travel throughout VIC (and possibly interstate)
- Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction will be a distinct advantage, including tickets for Stabiliser and Spreader operations.
