We’re a boutique apartment hotel in the heart of Spring Hill, just minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, Central and Roma Street Stations, St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital, and some of the city’s best cultural and event precincts, including Howard Smith Wharves, South Bank Parklands, Brisbane Powerhouse, and Queensland Museum and GOMA.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. In the role, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining common areas to brand standards
• Executing guest room in-stay & departure cleans to a high standard
• Ensuring that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks
• Providing feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards

About You

We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we’re looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.

The successful person must have:

• Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness 
• Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning / day shifts)
• Ability to work as a team & also independently
