Synergie Australia is seeking a Stores Person Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor for a major manufacturing company that has recently relocated its site to Greenfields (Northern Suburbs), SA.

The important parts:

• Shift: Day Shift, 6:30 am – 2:36 pm

• Pay: $41.25 per hour

• Start: Immediate start available

What you will be required to do:
This role involves supervising a team of warehouse employees and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. You will ensure stock is stored correctly, maintain ERP accuracy, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will also assist with setting up processes at the new site, lead toolbox meetings, manage workflow, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse employees

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of parts and consumables

• Assist with setup and organisation of the new warehouse site

• Monitor inventory accuracy and prepare KPI reports

• Operate forklifts and ensure safe handling of goods

• Lead toolbox meetings and support cross-functional team projects

• Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous warehouse supervision or team leader experience

• Hold a forklift licence (essential)

• Be experienced with ERP systems, stock control, and warehouse processes

• Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Have working rights in Australia and access to reliable transport

• Be safety-conscious, disciplined, and team-oriented
