We have an opportunity for a talented Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop team specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance across on-highway, construction, mining, and agriculture customers based at our Emerald branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

• Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
• Diagnose and repair various engines
• Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
• Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and components

To be successful in this role you will need the following:  

• Australian recognised mechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Plant mechanic. Light vehicle with heavy vehicle experience may also be considered
• Previous repairs and maintenance experience with On Highway Truck, Mining, Construction or Agriculture applications is desirable but not essential
• Kenworth, Western Star, Hitachi, Komatsu & Liebherr experience highly desirable 

Level 1- some prior experiance post trade
