Position Purpose
Responsible for setting up, testing, operating, assessing, and repairing equipment in the delivery of audio visual and video conferencing systems at client sites.
The position also involves working with concierge staff and guests to ensure conferences and meetings run smoothly throughout the client site.
The position plays an important role in providing high quality onsite customer service and technical support.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Benchmarks for Success
Our aim is that everyone has an opportunity to sit down with their line manager to clarify the expectations of their role, identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and outline specific projects to be completed. Another important aspect of these discussions is to explore areas of development and learning and developing opportunities to build and grow skills and advance careers. These discussion occur in the Review and Reflection period held yearly.
