Job Description
Albemarle is recruiting packaging workers at the Qinzhou factory.
What will you do?
- Be familiar with the production process and understand the basic structure and performance of equipment such as screening machines, vacuum conveyers, packaging machines, and film wrapping machines;
- Be responsible for operating, inspecting, maintaining, and servicing all equipment in this position;
- Be familiar with the standards for material qualification, and ensure that packaging operations are performed only after the material’s physical appearance meets the requirements;
- Maintain good communication and coordination with the drying position;
- Assist quality control in performing product outbound inspections;
- Be familiar with the content of safety datasheets for all chemicals related to the position, and ensure proper knowledge and application;
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations, diligently follow confirmation procedures, and ensure safe production;
- Report any faults, safety hazards, or issues in a timely manner, and take emergency measures to prevent accidents;
- Keep various records for this position and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
What you need to meet:
Necessary condition
- Full-time secondary vocational education or above, majoring in chemistry and chemical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or other related fields.
- Over two years of experience in central control operations in workshops of medium to large manufacturing enterprises, with preference given to experience in chemical companies.
- Has certain language and writing skills and understands the operation of modern machinery and equipment.
