Civil Labourer

The Company

Comstar Systems is a full-service Australian telecommunications company, our head office is based in Goodwood, with branches located in Southern and Northern Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia. We pride ourselves on providing turnkey solutions in telecommunications and broadcasting.

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Labourer to support our civil construction activities.

Duties include, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and site maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Senior Civil Manager and Project Manager to confirm site build requirements
• Carry out formwork activities
• Perform reinforcement and concrete placement tasks
• Maintain accurate records, including site photos and daily entries
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe worksite
• Complete all required training and competency development for the role

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid white card
• Experience with power tools is desirable
• An understanding of QEHS compliance
• Manual drivers licence
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and collaborate effectively within a team environment
