This is an exciting chance for an experienced Construction Manager or a Senior Supervisor ready to step into a leadership position.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Join a prominent residential builder known for its strong brand and robust pipeline of projects. This established firm is looking for a Construction Manager to lead a team of Building Supervisors.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing support and feedback to Supervisors
• Engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
• Allocating new projects to Supervisors
• Acting as the second-in-command to the Building Manager
• Managing your own custom home builds
• Maintaining quality standards throughout projects
• Overseeing daily operations, including trades, suppliers, and paperwork
• Supervising the display centre
• Coordinating and managing tradespeople
• Fostering relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
To excel in this role, you should have a background as a Construction Manager or as a Senior Residential Supervisor within the South Australian residential building sector, ideally with over 8 years of experience. Whether youre currently a Supervisor or already at the Construction Manager level, were looking for a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, initiative and a proactive approach.
