Duties and responsibilities
• Troubleshoot hydraulic or mechanical faults.
• Inspection of on hire and off hire equipment
• breakdown attendance
• Build and maintain positive relations with customers, providing service and customer support during field visits comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations.
• Conducting coaching and mentorship to technical teams.
• Carrying out machine audits giving detailed reports of equipment condition timeously. Liaising with logistics on consignment stocks in the warehouse to maintain good stock values.
