Keystone Civil is a diverse and dynamic civil construction company experiencing strong growth in the Geelong region. With exciting new projects across civil infrastructure, roadworks, bulk earthworks, renewables and pipeline works, we are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team on a casual, short-term basis, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful project completion.

About the role
- Casual, short-term position
- Immediate start available
- Geelong-based projects
- $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for ongoing or permanent employment following project completion
What you will be doing day to day
- Operating Trimble GPS 150M Grader, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and machinery inspections
- Working collaboratively with site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, communication, and workmanship
What the ideal candidate looks like
- Current White Card (essential)
- Proven experience in civil construction, including roadworks and earthworks
- Trimble GPS 150M Grader experience highly regarded
- GPS and final trim experience desirable
- Reliable, motivated, and able to start immediately
- A team-focused mindset with pride in delivering quality outcomes
- Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
