Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician/Electrician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of pump systems, including booster pumps, hydraulic pumps, under-sink units, wastewater systems, sewage and stormwater pumps, and fire pump systems.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and experienced working in industrial environments, including grease pits, wastewater systems, and confined spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
- Install, service, and repair a wide range of pump systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, including leaks, blockages, and electrical or mechanical issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
- Ensure all systems meet operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards.
- Accurately complete service reports, checklists, and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications:
- A current A Grade Electrician License (Highly Desirable)
- Technical degree or certification in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Police Check and Working With Children Check (WCC)
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
