About the Role
As an experienced Forklift Operator, you will play an essential role in providing care and professionalism within the logistics operations. This hands-on role will see you involved in material handling, forklift operations, logistics coordination and general yard/warehouse duties.
About You
You are energetic and proactive and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will have:
- A valid forklift licence and demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Experience in a store, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Strong attention to detail and genuine care for high quality outcomes.
- Natural ability to communicate and interact with others, verbal or written.
- Ability to safely lift and handle heavy materials.
- Personal values that align with Eurofurn values.
- A proactive mindset and dedicated approach to performing work to a high standard.
- Safety awareness with current OH&S White Card, First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Legal rights to work in Australia.
- An MR Licence would be an advantage!

What does your week look like?
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll partner closely with our Logistics Coordinator and support the production teams to ensure efficient handling, storage, and delivery. This critical and fast paced role includes:
Forklift Operations: Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas.Stock Coordination: Assist with inventory control in line with standard procedures.Dispatch and Delivery: Pack, label, and load goods for delivery while liaising with drivers to ensure accurate routing.Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, ensuring materials are accessible and stored correctly.Health and Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines, report hazards, and handle materials safely.Truck Packing & Transportation: Safely load and secure furniture for transit, focusing on quality control and care for equipment and people receiving deliveries. Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, organising, and preparing items for delivery and relevant paperwork, systems or documentation requirements.Machinery Use: Operate forklifts and other tools and equipment (e.g., trolleys, lifts) safely and efficiently.Health & Safety: Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, advocate for improved standards across the business.How to apply:
