At Wandi Nerida, our purpose is to provide a supportive therapeutic space to change the experience of those affected by eating disorders. We are situated on a beautiful, serene 25-acre block in the Mooloolah Valley on the Sunshine Coast and will make a significant contribution to improving treatment options for Australians with eating disorders.

About the Role

We are seeking applications for a part time Human Resources Manager (0.7 FTE). This position is an integral part of the broader Butterfly People & Culture team, providing comprehensive HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle for the Wandi team as well as supporting P&C initiatives across the broader organisation. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support Butterfly’s objectives, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. As part of a small organisation this is very much a hands-on role, and you will need get into the weeds as well as stand back and consider the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Wandi team
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters for the Wandi team, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the payruns for the Wandi team.
  • Handle all HR administration including maintainance of all documentation and HR records associated with the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership in achieving and upholding Wandi Nerida ’s Vision, Purpose and Values.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting would be beneficial to the successful candidate.
