National Logistics Coordinator
Salary: $70,000 – Base Salary + Commission Paid Weekly!
Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane

As our operation continues to grow, we’re seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented National Logistics Coordinator to support and streamline our inspection and sales process across Australia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating people, schedules, and communication on a national scale.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end scheduling of vehicle inspections across major Australian cities. In this role, you will work closely with our buying team, customers, and a network of inspectors to ensure a smooth and efficient inspection and sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organise upwards of 400+ inspections weekly
• Manage and plan inspectors daily and weekly schedule.
• Operate across Australia wide
• Control and correct any last-minute changes.
• Effectively calculate travel time and inspection time to ensure an efficient day.
• Coordinate between customer and inspectors to arrange a time and place for inspection.
• Oversee and organise inspections amongst 3 subsidiaries.
• Liaise with any third party and contractors when required.
• Generate legal sales contracts to adhere to laws and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and directives.
• Ensure workstation and equipment is in good condition.
• Other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.
What We Are Looking For:
• Tertiary Qualifications (Certificate 3 in Automotive sales/salesperson registration certificate) is desirable.
• Strong phone & written communication skills and confidence in speaking with inspectors and customers.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems, Emails, Texts, and scheduling tools.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-growing, high-volume logistics-driven environment
• Current and Valid Driver’s Licence
