About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Forklift Operator / Production All-Rounder to join our hardworking team at Horsley Park. In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll split your time across production and forklift operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Forklift Duties

• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Transfer packaging from the packaging warehouse to production
• Operate safely in a fast-paced environment

Production Duties

• Palletise boxes and move them using pallet jacks
• Wrap and store pallets
• Load stacks of eggs onto the loader belt
• Support the production team with general duties as needed

Please note work hours are based on a 4-day rotating roster, but flexibility to work 5 days is required at times depending on demand.

About You

You’re reliable, physically fit, and enjoy variety in your workday. You thrive in a fast-moving team environment and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.

You’ll bring:

• A current forklift licence with experience loading/unloading trucks
• Experience in a warehouse, food processing, or production setting
• A strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
• The ability to follow processes and contribute to a team
