The Role:
• Manage all updates regarding contracts related to purchasing and constructing residential property and other related property services;
• Liaise with key stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contract administration;
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers at all construction stages.
• Undertake end-to-end administration for contract processing, including (but not limited to) EOIs, Land and Build deposits, contract variations, and sales processing;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including relevant registers and databases, regarding contracts and other related property service contracts;
• Provide administrative assistance, including enquiries, scheduling meetings, event preparation, diary management, and client administration; and
About You
We are looking for someone with administration experience. We need a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive a shared inbox. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple and competing priorities, and proficient in the Microsoft suite.
