Your New Position:
As the Senior Structural Engineer, you will liaise with various stakeholders on structural design for projects across; Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Retail, Health, High End Residential and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Get great client satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders and surpass expectations on service level offerings
• lead project management efforts from end to end
• Contribute positively to the culture
• Mentor drafters and junior engineers
• Take ownership of delivery and resource management and design management
• Ad hoc duties and more.

Technical Expertise:

• Expertise as a structural design engineer for commercial and property building projects
• Local knowledge and experience working for consultancies within NSW
• 5+ years of experience in a structural engineering role
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Experience using structural analysis and design software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Full work rights.
