Trainee Dump Truck Operator

We are a privately-owned Australian business who have built a strong reputation in the Quarry industry for having a highly reliable and motivated team of trained operators and well maintained machinery.

This opportunity will require you to get your hands dirty and be prepared to be involved in some manual handling work, while working outside in the elements. As a Trainee Dump Truck Operator you will be taught how to operate and maintain machinery safely.

To be successful in this role you will need;

• A commitment and willingness to work safely at all times and to comply with all Mansfield Crushing’s Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
• An genuine interest in learning the field.
• Be prepared to learn how to undertake basic plant repair and preventative maintenance tasks.
• A “Can Do” attitude.
• A committed and consciousness attitude to work.

Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday, 6.30am – 5.30pm.

This role is perfect for those wanting to move into the quarrying industry, you do not need any prior experience, in fact it is preferred! We will give you all the tools and training you need to become a great operator!
