We’re looking for a Warehouse Storeperson who is highly motivated to join our warehouse operations based in Dandenong South. This role is ideal for someone who is wanting to work from 10:00AM – 6:00PM. You’ll be part of a supportive, fun team and enjoy a dynamic workplace.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain a good safe work practice.
- Operate a forklift (Counter Bal & High reach double deep).
- HR License.
- Learn to receive and process incoming shipments
- Support inventory management and ensure that all products are properly stored
- Assist with picking and packing orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment
- Assist with the planning of the day-to-day operations.
- Good knowledge of the Melbourne metro area.
- Good knowledge of vehicle loading and load restraints systems.
- Assist with the planning of multiple deliveries runs for the next day.
- Unloading & load tucks.
- Assist with the book in & de hire of the inbound containers.
- Unloading & restacking of container stock
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies
- Communicate with other team members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Drive a truck from time to time
You will bring with you:
